Some Insights Into Cassy's Way
A client recently asked me why I have not included a bio on my website. The answer is quite simple. First, I have no need to be in the limelight. Fame and recognition are not why I chose to become a professional tarot reader. I chose to become a tarot reader so that I can follow my soul path and be of service to others in helping them also follow their soul path. This is just an aspect of my particular form of spirituality. I feel that if I talk about myself, the focus is off the true, deeper experience of Spirit. If Spirit chooses to speak through the tarot and I am able to help the client interpret the spread, then I feel privileged to do so. I am merely a conduit. Tarot readers should never read from what they consider to be a place of authority. This opens the tarot reader to the pitfalls of ego. There is no room for ego in this business. Interpreting tarot for a client is a position of service. Ego must be pushed aside. A good tarot reader always keeps the best interests of the client foremost in mind. In my opinion, a bio is a form of praising yourself. Look at me. I did this, and I did that, and see what I am capable of. The abilities do not come from the reader. The ability flows through the reader. The focus is not on me during a reading. The focus is on the client. For this reason, I leave the bio out of the process. It only matters that I interpret the symbolic meanings of the spread and that I provide the best service that I can. Enjoy the path.

Understanding Your Tarot Reading
In understanding your tarot reading, please remember that this is one path that your life may take. All is subject to change. We are continuously altering our future path by the actions we take, the beliefs we hold fast, and the things we say. By taking the action of seeking a tarot reading, you have already altered your future path. When you receive a tarot reading, things will appear that show you some obstacles you may encounter. The tarot will help you be aware of these obstacles and assist you in choosing a way around them. This is what I mean by the fact that your reading is not static. It is a living force that changes as you change. Whatever you see in your reading that concerns you or that you might wish to change, do so. Take the steps the tarot offers you and make the change so that your path will be easier and your life fuller. This is what tarot is all about. It is a way of illuminating your path so that you can become all that you desire.
At times, the tarot may highlight aspects of yourself that need improvement. The tarot may show aspects of your own personality, actions, or behavior that become blockages to you, that may thwart your success. While this may not be easy for the client to accept, again, the tarot shows you these things so that you can make a better choice, and find your true path again. In seeing yourself fully, you can improve your relationships, your working habits, and all aspects of your life.
The tarot can be a mirror that helps you understand your own ambitions and motivations, what drives you to do the things you do. In understanding ourselves, we can choose to become better.
